What you need to know
Pet insurance provides Futureshapers with protection for your furry and feathered family members. It can help you pay for certain pet medical bills and help cover your pet’s medical issues, such as accidental injuries, illnesses and diseases.
Get insurance coverage for your pets
Pet insurance can help reimburse you for covered vet visits, accidents, illness and more. Plus, it can help keep your pet safe and healthy with preventive care, like X-rays and ultrasounds.
You can take your pet to any licensed veterinarian, specialist or emergency clinic in the U.S.

Choose the coverage you need
There are a variety of plan options.
- Limits of coverage range from $1,000 to $25,000 in $1,000 increments. An unlimited option may also be available.
- Deductibles range from $0 to $2,500.
- Percentages of reimbursement range from 50 percent to 90 percent.
In addition to the type of coverage you choose, the cost is dependent on the age, breed and location of your pet. If you don’t file a claim in a policy year, your deductible is automatically decreased.
What is and isn’t covered
Pet insurance covers services such as accidental injuries, illnesses, exam fees, surgeries, medications, ultrasounds, X-rays, hospital stays, and more. Pet insurance may not cover preexisting conditions, so enroll your pets when they’re healthy.
