What you need to know
As a Futureshaper, you spend your day helping create the future for others. Spending time to provide for your financial future is also important. Just as work has unexpected challenges, so too do our financial plans. Whether you need help getting your financial situation back on track or want advice for how to make the most of your money, Honeywell offers you resources and support.
Learn financial basics
Not everyone’s a money expert. That’s okay. That’s why Fidelity created How You Money, a group of videos made to help you tackle all your money questions. Pick yours: savings, investing, debt, fundamentals, retirement and more.
Fidelity also provides online tools and resources to help you improve your financial well-being. Visit the Planning and Learning tab to get assistance with a variety of financial concerns, including planning for college and retirement, developing an investment strategy, building emergency savings and more.
Manage financial stress
Take advantage of the wide range of services offered by the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), including up to five face-to-face counseling sessions per issue — including financial concerns — per year. In addition, the EAP has online resources and tools to help you manage the stress that comes with financial issues and more. Get help finding solutions, and restore your peace of mind.

Address financial legal needs
When things go wrong with your finances, you may find that you need legal assistance. If you enroll with MetLife Legal Plans, there are no waiting periods, deductibles, or claim forms when you use a network attorney to help you address issues, such as debt collection defense, identity theft defense, negotiation with creditors, personal bankruptcy and tax audit representation.
You and your spouse, your dependents, and your parents can also use the program when you are purchasing or selling a home or doing estate planning.
You can enroll in this benefit each year during Annual Enrollment, and the premiums are deducted from your paycheck.
After enrolling, you can learn more about your coverage and see the attorney network by creating an account at MetLife Legal Plans or by calling 800-821-6400, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.
There’s an app for that. Many of our benefits partners have mobile apps.
