If you receive a surgery recommendation or cancer diagnosis, Honeywell offers you and your covered family members additional care and support through ConsumerMedical.

If one of you is considering surgery

If your doctor has suggested one of the surgical procedures listed below, ConsumerMedical helps minimize the stress so you can focus on feeling better.

  • Lower back surgery
  • Hip or knee replacement
  • Bariatric/weight loss surgery
  • Hysterectomy

They will help you understand the risks and benefits of surgery, as well as alternative treatment options and pain management techniques, so that you can make a well-informed decision.

You may qualify for a $400 prepaid card just for learning more about your treatment options. Notes: You must start the program at least 30 days before a planned surgery date, emergency procedures do not qualify for the incentive, and other restrictions may apply.

If one of you receives a cancer diagnosis

ConsumerMedical offers a specialized cancer care program to ensure you have high quality care. You will receive medical guidance from a leading cancer doctor and an experienced cancer nurse who will create a customized quality care plan.

If you complete the program, are enrolled in the Honeywell Medical Plan, and have a Honeywell health savings account (HSA), you may be eligible to receive $500 in your HSA to assist with the cost of care.
